BassMedia play failed: BASS_ERROR_FILEOPEN

I have recently been getting the error BASS_ERROR_FILEOPEN on my server when attempting to play songs using Medialib.
The error is seen as such in the console:

Can't load 'quick', file missing!
[MediaLib] BassMedia play failed: BASS_ERROR_FILEOPEN

I thought this might have been an issue with my Soundcloud files, but they are seemingly not the issue. Any pointers would be appreciated.

Just soundcloud files? I'd guess either API key is broken or the download API changed

Thank you for the quick response. I was able to determine that Dropbox was the issue based off similar reports on their website and some technical issues they were having. I was able to substitute Dropbox with another file hosting service until then. Unfortunately, this seems like something on Dropbox's end that only they will be able to fix.
