`stale` and `tombstone` properties aren't highlighted as expected

Two properties have special meaning and they should be highlighted: stale and tombstone. Somehow in a bright color (maybe yellow background) to show their importance.

can't find showing "stale and tombstone" properties on vitals page. Found them on summary page like https://zerocracy.github.io/judges-action/zerocracy.html . Is it it?
If issue about it, may be it should be fixed on judges repo?

@aidarkdev you are right, this feature affects both repositories: this one and yegor256/judges. In this one we should introduce a new parameter (in action.yml): highlight. It should allow the user to specify a list of columns to highligth, similar to how we specify columns now. Then, the judges should accept the list of colums and do the job, while printing HTML.
