This pull request introduces a new multilingual brand guidelines section and improves the visual presentation of the homepage and footer. The main changes include adding English and Chinese brand guideline pages, updating homepage hero images for both locales to support dark mode, enhancing video presentation, and replacing the footer wordmark with a new grain-gradient version.
