ARM specific behavior

This lists behaviors which are specific to azure-arm: true in autorest.python

  • The "head-as-boolean" flag is enforced to true
  • The "add-credential" flag is enforced to true
  • "credential-scopes" is default to https://management.azure.com/.default
  • Exception parser is replaced by ARM Odata parser, that supports more details
