Update pubspec and dependencies. (including SDK restriction) Fix typing in tests. Simple map/array do not ensure soundness

Some minor fixes to work with Dart 2.
In the near future I also may provide a much larger update which should hopefully provide some optimizations, and additional Dart 2 functionality (like Generic methods)
