: Scan Bluetooth `RSSI` Value of registered `Bluetooth Devices`(like SmartWatch).

Register Bluetooth Devices(like SmartWatch).
Scan Bluetooth RSSI using this APP.
Get Scan Result with 1. MAC address, 2. Bluetooth Name, 3. Bluetooth RSSI.
Send Result to Middle Server.
