Benchmarking MDAnalysis with asv. The individual tests are in mdanalysis/benchmarks/
At the moment, an automated benchmark is run nightly on a benchmarking server "c3potato" (@orbeckst) but really anyone is free to run them on their favorite machine and contribute them to the benchmark repository. They will be made available under the name of your machine alongside all other benchmarks.
Results from benchmarks are published at https://www.mdanalysis.org/benchmarks/ and are stored in the GitHub repository MDAnalysis/benchmarks.
