Welcome to the Processing wiki!
In this wiki, we aim to provide instructions and technical help to the members of the Mobs Lab and other people using our codes for processing.
This wiki is divided in n parts:

Preprocessing: The first part gives the steps to format the data just after the acquisition

Sleep processing: The second part explains how to process sleep data in Matlab. It will describe how to compute sleep stages in several ways, and find the substages N1, N2 and N3. it will also show how to detect sleep events such as delta waves, down states, ripples and spindles.
