People wishing to submit OBIPs, first should propose their idea or document to the Slack or subreddit. After discussion they should email Tyler Smith <[email protected]>. After copy-editing and acceptance, it will be published here.
Having an OBIP here does not make it a formally accepted standard until its status becomes Active. For an OBIP to become Active acceptance by a majority of the community.
