Requesting a new folder
tpc_elifetime_datain SBND calibration DB for electron lifetime.The
tpc_globalconstantshas both calibration constant and electron lifetime.I plan to have a run-independent calibration constants with run-dependent electron lifetime corrections.
This motivates to create a new folder dedicated to electron lifetime data.
