Hey, I have been added the Documentation in the apps folder, which is a Docusaurous Website.

This commit branch is a submodule to my previous commit that was "Moved the 'YAUS-C4GT' frontend to the current monorepo" . Looking forward for the reviews and changes that should be done are accepted.
