This PR re-integrates the Kapa.ai documentation assistant widget into the Apache DolphinScheduler website by adding dynamic script loading to the Footer component.
- Adds
useEffecthook to dynamically inject the Kapa.ai widget script into the page - Configures the widget with project-specific settings including branding, example questions, and disclaimers
- Implements cleanup function to remove the script when the component unmounts
