- Add a Makefile.
- Add a .gitignore.
- Update README.md to include information about Makefile.
+ GitIgnore configured to ignore objs and bin.
+ Additionally fixed Github link on line 62

Thanks for the PR but I'm trying to keep this repo as simple as possible, so that a person who doesn't know anything about a build system tool like make can follow along. |

I kept the simple compiling part of the README, although I thought a Makefile could still be useful for those experienced and purely wanting to tweak the repository. |
