Update sm8250 current kernel config

Description

Compile all USB network card and USB CAN adapter drivers as modules. Since it's just enabling new drivers, it should be fine.

How Has This Been Tested?

use ./compile.sh BOARD=xiaomi-elish BRANCH=current RELEASE=noble to ensure the kernel compiles successfully.
