This pull request adds a Hungarian translation to the Haskell learning guide.
I have translated the entire guide into Hungarian (100% authentic human translation xD), following the structure and format of the original. Since the last commit was a sync-ing one, I also updated the list of available translations in the other guides to include Hungarian.
