The project urls were missing the `-` in `code-school` causing them to 404, these urls have been corrected. In addition to this the `solution` branch was incorrectly called the `answer` branch in the Readme.md file.
Corrected project Url in Readme.md and branch name
Removed the link for `how to setup git` as it wasn't going anywhere and was already removed from the master branch's Readme.md. Also corrected the demo link to reflect the new demo location.
