Lots of new documentation

• Extended README.md to describe process for synchronization of both repositories
• Review rest README.md where the overall project structure is described and important files and locations in the project are named
• Add a new section to the site with info for contributors (which is currently not linked anywhere but I would link it from /contribute). I would also like to see @kirakirawes design ressources as a part of this.
  • Pages with typography and common elements for pages created using Nunjucks and Markdown
  • Step-by-step guide to creating new patterns
  • Hints and tips for adding new non-pattern content to the site

I think we still need the requirements on illustrations. I'm figuring it out right now but perhaps @cafca has the data from before?
