Add missing flowtyped for @djsp/atomic-block and fix flow error in travis

1. add missing flowtyped for @djsp/atomic-block
2. use nohoist to avoid resolve error(flow)
3. add missing draft-js dependency into examples/counter and examples/mentions-example

Btw, i add check param into each flow script to avoid start a flow server(it may cache errors even if you have fix it)
