Add mimetypes, to automatically link .epub, .mobi and .fb2 files to FBReader. Also fix some warnings reported by desktop-file-install.

Btw, this can be fixed on your Linux distro level by a packager (as this
upstream is dead for a long time already)

This enhance the .desktop file to improve support in Linux. In particular, this should fix issue 183 (desktop entry could declare handled mime types).
