First pitch at a Catmull-Rom interpolator.

The design idea is that the static methods Just Do What You Want(TM).
If you need more specific functionality, you can instantiate the class and access the methods, notably the coordinate-based algorithm at the core of the class.
It is largely a sister to the CubicBezierSpline, using the same logic to handle different types of geometry.
