• build local * jekyll build

• Test local * bundle exec jekyll serve

Note: Jekyll plugins do not work with Jekyll pages (gh pages hosted in 'safe mode'). So, can either change to juse use Jekyll and build local and deploy manually - or use jekyll script for behavior.
