Add go-bsb-cams and baballonia packages

This is my first time packaging something for Nix, I apologize if any conventions or formatting is not followed. Please let me know or point me in the direction of better resources to follow if something does not look right.

New Packages

• baballonia - Face and Eye tracking software from Project-Babble (https://github.com/Project-Babble/Baballonia/)
  • This package is adapted from the flake currently provided in the repository, created by @ShyAssassin
• go-bsb-cams - Map the Bigscreen Beyond 2e's eye tracking cameras to a webserver. (https://github.com/LilliaElaine/go-bsb-cams)

Hey Nixpkgs-XR maintainers,
I'm not too sure about what to do about the vendorHash on go-bsb-cams, and the incredibly sketch random file download for baballonia... (and maybe the Baballonia's deps.json?) so if anyone has pointers on this, that'd be appreciated ^^

Are we including any Babble code in this repo? We shouldn't need this in that case.

No we aren't.
This licence turned out to not be needed (as don't use any), so I removed it in ZenIsBestWolf#2 (which hasn't been merged yet)

I think we would be able to package all of these upstream in nixpkgs instead of here. Once we figure out a solution for providing unstable versions of these automatically, we can add them to nixpkgs-xr as well.

If you are certain, I can close this PR and submit to nixpkgs proper. Frankly I didn't think these packages would be worthwhile to submit to it. (Frankly I'd argue against submitting go-bsb-cams due to the niche target and rather simple program; baballonia however would absolutely make sense)

I think it would be fine to submit both. As long as there is at least one maintainer it doesn't really matter how niche the package in question is. Obviously it might get removed in future if it becomes unmaintained and outdated.

You can ping me in the PR as a reviewer and we all can get it over the finish line together :D

@ZenIsBestWolf I was just looking into this whole setup since my Beyond arrived today, and was about to make a package as well. Are you still on that, or would you like someone else to make a package for nixpkgs?
