Rename and move sap-redirect.yml as CVE template

PR Information

• Added CVE metadata and renamed the template to use the official CVE ID (CVE-2020-26836).

• Updated info.name to include the CVE identifier.

• Added references to NVD and the original Onapsis advisory.

• Moved the template to http/cves/2020 and renamed it to CVE-2020-26836.yaml to follow nuclei’s CVE layout conventions:

  • CVE-based template IDs for easier correlation with scanners / reports.
  • Year-based directory (cves/2020) for better organization, searchability, and consistency with existing CVE templates.
