Follow the linux-firmware example and let firmware-qcom.inc users compress installed firmware files (with the exeption of JSON files, which are being read by pd-mapper). Signed-off-by: Dmitry Baryshkov <[email protected]>
Upstream Linux has stopped using .mdt/.bNN files in favour of using .mbn. There should be no remaining users for the old firmware format. Drop support packaging those files separately. Signed-off-by: Dmitry Baryshkov <[email protected]>
