Introduces a new RichTextBox control with multi-line editing, visual text formatting (bold, italic, underline, strikethrough), keyboard shortcuts, and context menu. Adds supporting classes for document model, formatted text presentation, formatting event args, and a theme style. Updates the control to handle text, selection, formatting, and template integration.
