+ Add conversions for Megavolts (MV).
+ Add conversions to Megawatts (MW).

I don’t use nix so I don’t really want to take on maintenance for that. I accepted similar changes on other repos and later had to drop them. The new scales seem fine. |

Hi! I added some useful conversions for the power and voltage, that are used in the power industry. (Megavolts and Megawatts)
Also, I added a "devenv" config, since I work on NixOS. You can simply discard that commit if you want.
