an outline manager wrapper with django and python which is avilable with web interface pannel.

1. tracks users which are expired and disable them.
2. each outline server you add, you can add a telegram channell to recive its keys QR.
3. create a pastebin for each key.

installation

• one command installation

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install curl -y && sudo curl https://raw.githubusercontent.com/shabane/echo/master/install.sh | sh

please note that you should have outline server and a server in iran to bridge theme if you have no idea of how to run outline server and bridge it from iran, read this doc
