Tested and confirmed working, can-exec at least, on Linux kernel release 5.10.17.

Minor changes to the files security/Kconfig, and security/Makefile, otherwise no change to my kernel code.

The code here was tested and confirmed working on Linux kernel v5.4.22.

Compared to the previous release the only significant change was making it impossible to disable the can-exec module, once enabled. Reported in #11, and implemented in #12.
