Patching upload tools for greater coverage + ease of use.
Main improvements:

  • Upload tool binaries generated with "pysintaller --onefile" option, and paths unified
  • Selectable SBL baud rate added for Edge variant to account for Conference/Pre-order versions

Also includes some improvements to PWM output
