Pins the version of swiftlang GitHub Actions workflows to v0.0.2 of the repo.
Motivation:
A recent change to the GitHub workflows have broken the actions in this repo. This pins the workflows to v0.0.2 (like other repos have done) to use a stable version of workflows and avoid these breaking changes.
Modifications:
Updates the version number in relevant workflow YAML files
Result:
Workflows should use the v0.0.2 version rather than the version on
mainwhich may be unstable.Testing:
CI testing will confirm that actions now pass.
