Add documentation explaining how to forward HTTP headers from incoming MCP requests to the underlying FastAPI endpoints by passing the headers parameter to FastApiMCP. The new section "Forwarding HTTP headers" shows a minimal example that forwards Authorization and a custom X-API-Key header, explains case-insensitive matching, and warns about forwarding sensitive headers.
