I didn't notice the tools to convert png to a font header or the pull request #25 until I finished implementing this. I add this here in case it is useful.
I implemented a simple routine that takes a byte buffer and generates a dynamically allocated Olivec_Font. I also changed all font-related data to unsigned char instead of char.
