Fix shadowed variable warning.
- use -1 in getopt comparisons instead of opteof - fix constness of optarg - remove includes from all files
- discarded qualifiers warnings - cast discards qualifiers warnings

This would also be removing the built-in getopt implementation, and using the libc one.
