A tool which creates an endless stream of tasks from real GitHub repositories
The purpose of this tool is to provide a taskload in a stream. A task is understood as a set of skills (programming languages) with their 'work done' and 'work required'. It will be later used by multi-agent social simulations. Tasks will be taken from repositories in GitHub, as they appeared and emerged starting from the beginning of GitHub timeline.
At this time only Java. Preferably a .jar program which can be later added to a Repast Simphony project.
